Role-play based psychotherapy
Role-playing-based psychotherapy builds on concepts from the Game to Grow organization and extends them to include psychodramatic techniques ("P&D"). Players choose a character with special abilities and explore a fantastic world within a group of adventurers
P&D groups
During the course of the game, the participants experience belonging to a group of adventurers. They have the opportunity to reflect on their own behavior in a playful way and develop skills that they can transfer to real life.
Dungeons & Dragons
The underlying game mechanics come from the role-playing game "Dungeons & Dragons". The game is played on the board and in psychotherapeutic role-playing games. As each Character is equipped with unique abilities each group member is needed to achieve the group's goals.
Registration
P&D - Groups take place weekly and last 1.5 to 2 hours. You can join at any time, as long as a group of the right age is running. Own game material is not required. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact me.
